Project Details
Scope of Works: Provide a detailed description of the activities to be undertaken on-site.
Site Location: Specify the worksite address, nearest intersection and exact location of the proposed works.
Road and Footpath Impacts: Identify any traffic lanes, parking areas, footpaths or other public areas that will be occupied, restricted or closed.
Vehicles and Equipment: List the machinery, vehicles and equipment to be used during the works.
Work Staging: Confirm whether works at multiple locations will occur simultaneously or progressively.
Proposed Dates and Times: Specify the anticipated start and completion dates, daily working hours and duration of works.
Supporting Documents: Upload any relevant site plans, drawings, marked-up maps or other documents to assist with the preparation of your plan.
