Event Management

ATC Traffic provides traffic management to a wide range of events around Melbourne and Tasmania, including the Pakenham Show, various ANZAC Day services, A Day on the Green in both Geelong and Coldstream and The Puffing Billy Running Event.

We have consistently received excellent feedback from motorists and clients for our professionalism and efficiency on our event sites. We are requested back on multiple events every year and therefore understand what matters most to an event organiser.

For most events, we conduct a site visit, generate a Traffic Management Plan (TMP) or Traffic Guidance Scheme (TGS), and arrange for one of our Planners to oversee the implementation and ensure the events runs smoothly. We aim to resolve challenges faced by an event coordinator and our objective is to keep all event attendees, employees and members of the public safe.
